Individuals that provide formal input will receive acknowledgement of their feedback, along with any resulting actions within a reasonable period of time upon receipt. Whenever possible, concerns and complaints will be addressed immediately, or the individual will be provided an update on the steps required along with a timeline on how their feedback may be addressed.
